Get ready to get down with Brad, Janet, Riff Raff, Magenta and Dr. Frank N. Furter because The Rocky Horror Show is coming to Durango.

The musical opens Thursday, Oct. 24, for a three-night run on stage at the Henry Strater Theatre in downtown Durango.
The theater’s sixth annual production of playwright Richard O’Brien’s cult classic is sure to sell out, so get your tickets now. Thursday’s production is all ages (no one under 18 admitted without a guardian), while Friday and Saturday’s shows are 21 and over.
Devoted fans will undoubtedly be dressed in full costume for the show, so don’t forget your fishnets because you’ll want to look the part while singing along to “Dammit Janet” and dancing along with the “Time Warp.” Prop/throw bags (to maximize your interactive experience) will also be available inside the theater.
Tickets are $18 and are available online.
When you book your room at the Durango Quality Inn, you won’t run into any cross-dressing mad scientists — although maybe we should consider introducing that as a guest amenity.
“Let’s do the Time Warp agaaaaaaaiiiiin…”
